This includes leveraging relationships with new and existing suppliers to secure samples and organize a sample library in the NYC office, ensuring that design and construction materials meet all quality and functional standards. Working across business groups when needed to support company priorities. Developing renderings and feasibility plans as needed.
The Impact You Can Have
Shop Drawing, Finishes and Sample for all brand:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with all suppliers and vendors.
- Establishing and maintaining a library of current finishes used in all brands as well as potential finishes, we may use in New York Office.
- Keep all shop drawing organized in a shared file for easy access to all.
- Assist with any assembly instruction to assist GCs for success when items arrive on site.
- Create and manage digital finish boards and actual finish boards, develop chain sample sets for construction project managers for all brands.
Interior Design:
- Keeping track of all needs across all brands for items to make our stores feel more residential. This will include rugs, seating areas, artwork, and lighting.
- To be successful candidate will need to feel comfortable and have background to feel comfortable making the recommendations to keep ahead of the stores opening.
- Develop 3D renderings and feasibility layouts for presentation
What You'll Bring to The Role
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Excellent verbal, written & skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.)
- Highly proficient Sketch-up, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Highly motivated & organized with strong ability to plan and manage multiple priorities.
- Business oriented: quantitative results and KPIs measurement.
- Change management: ability to be effective in a fluid environment and adapt to new processes.
Compensation for this role is between 55K-70K
