Field Recruiter – Field KnitWell Brands (Ann Taylor, LOFT, Talbots, Lane Bryant)

About the role

Under the leadership of the Sr Manager of Field Talent Acquisition, the Field Recruiter will work in partnership with our District Managers and Human Resources Business Partners to primarily support Store Management staffing needs. You will collaborate in the design and execution of innovative recruiting strategies and tactics, with additional responsibilities assigned to support the needs of the business. You will identify, source/recruit, assess and present high caliber talent to our KnitWell brands across the United States.

The impact you can have.

• You’ll create the first impression for our candidates and guide the candidate experience from application to hire.

• You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including selecting and utilizing a variety of creative recruitment methods, requisition management, advertising roles, screening resumes and applicants, conducting interviews, reference checking, feedback collection, and offer negotiation processes.

• You’ll have the opportunity to build and nurture cross-functional partnerships across the field leadership groups, to help guide, influence and efficiently drive the recruitment process.

• You’ll share your expertise with our field leaders by developing their recruiting skills and creating tools to support their efforts.

What you’ll bring to the role

• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience recruiting for a large-scale, retail organization with Demonstrated success presenting high caliber store manager candidates.

• Experience in utilizing various sourcing approaches, including, cold and warm calling, ATS(ideal proficiency with Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, job board posting, social media recruiting. platforms and resume mining sites.

• Ability to quickly build and nurture effective relationships across key stakeholder groups.

• Experience as an engaged communicator with strong listening, follow up and influencing skills.

• Self-sufficiency and resourcefulness, which a strong attention to detail.

Where you will work

This position works remotely.

Occasional travel to a company office may be required: Ann Taylor/LOFT = NYC; Lane Bryant = Columbus, OH; Talbots = Hingham, MA.

• $70,000 - $85,000/year salary range*
