About the role

The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate daily ecommerce operations within their department as part of the Supply Chain function of Knitwell Group. The successful candidate will continually assess and communicate the accuracy of system functions and proper flow of production throughout the facility.  Continual coaching and mentoring of direct reports by monitoring and maintaining performance standards is a daily requirement.  Understand and constantly use continuous improvement methodology to increase productivity, quality, accuracy service and safety to meet established key performance indicators.

  • Delegate work assignments and lead staff of 85+ associates to drive productivity and associate engagement.
  • Communicate and enforce safe work practices to prevent accidents and minimize lost time.
  • Research and evaluate problems within a department to ensure its accurate and timely resolution.
  • Create and maintain an environment that allows associates to be their best selves at work, embracing diversity and inclusion.
  • Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with team members and business partners.
  • Strive to provide outstanding experiences for our associates, Brand partners, and our end customers through continuous innovation and operational excellence.
  • Develop direct reports into future leaders through mentoring, coaching and performance feedback.

You’ll bring to the role

  • 2+ years supervisory experience in an ecommerce fulfillment or highly automated distribution environment
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, PKMS preferred
  • Experience modeling and promoting teamwork across multiple functional areas and shifts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and plan and execute responsibilities on schedule.
  • Ability to prioritize activities, direct and motivate a team to achieve forecasted business results.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and organization skills.
  • Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment, seeking and implementing continuous improvement.
  • Working knowledge of Radio Frequency technology, Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
