We are so proud of our collective legacy of giving back to causes that directly support women’s health and empowerment. No matter your role, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in our give back programs and volunteer events that we host throughout the year. Here are some of the ways we aim to make a positive impact:

Partnerships

From helping teachers fund their classroom projects with DonorsChoose to raising over $58M for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation to invest in lifesaving research, we come together to make a difference in our communities. We support many partner organizations by raising funds, providing in-kind donations, and donating profits from limited-edition product sales.

Product Donation

We send our samples and products to organizations like Dress for Success, so our product has a second life, and doesn’t end up in landfills.

Community Volunteering

Supporting communities in need is a major driver for our associates. There are a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year where our associates donate their time and give back to the communities where we live and work.

On National Nonprofit Day 2023, Team Ann Taylor partnered with Free Arts to pack 300+ backpacks with art supplies for local NYC school students.

Store teams come together in October to honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Associates from the New York office stepping up for National Volunteer Month in support of the local charity God’s Love We Deliver.

Lane Bryant associates raise resources for cancer research by cycling alongside the Pelotonia community. Team Lane Bryant has raised over $1M since 2014 for Pelotonia.

Talbots associates volunteer with the nonprofit Keep Massachusetts Beautiful to remove trash from Malibu Beach in Dorchester, MA.

NY-based LOFT associates rally at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum to pack meals for New Yorkers facing food insecurity on the 9/11 National Day of Service.
