Making an Impact, Together
We are so proud of our collective legacy of giving back to causes that directly support women’s health and empowerment. No matter your role, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in our give back programs and volunteer events that we host throughout the year. We believe we can make the biggest impact when we work together.
Here are some of the ways we aim to make a positive impact:
Partnerships
From helping teachers fund their classroom projects with DonorsChoose to raising over $58M for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation to invest in lifesaving research, we come together to make a difference in our communities. We support many partner organizations by raising funds, providing in-kind donations, and donating profits from limited-edition product sales.
Product Donation
We send our samples and products to organizations like Dress for Success, so our product has a second life, and doesn’t end up in landfills.
Community Volunteering
Supporting communities in need is a major driver for our associates. There are a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year where our associates donate their time and give back to the communities where we live and work.
Belonging Is Just the Beginning
Our team of 40,000+ associates live and work across the country and have diverse backgrounds and experiences. As a leader in the apparel industry, we know we’re stronger together, so we’re all-in on cultivating an associate experience where everyone belongs.
Together, we’re fostering a culture of inclusion through:
Associate-led resource groups that bring together people with shared experiences and identities – like working parents, young professionals, LGBTQ+ associates and allies, and more – to learn, grow, and build community.
Mitigating bias by partnering with external organizations to offer training for individual accountability and reviews of our policies and programs.
A culture that listens and acts on associate feedback from all levels of our organization.
Championing diversity to ensure our teams are representative of our customers and communities.
