US & Canada
Our store teams are at the center of our welcoming customer experience across all 450+ Talbots locations. From product merchandising to personalized service, we obsess about creating an experience our customers love. We are here to wow our customers with great style and exceptional service every time.
Main Campus
Hingham, MA
Talbots is based just outside of historic Boston. Our main campus serves as the headquarters for our executive leaders and corporate teams. It is a collaborative workspace with an array of amenities such as a meditation room and wellness center equipped with Peloton bikes.
Design Studio
New York, NY
Our design studio in Midtown Manhattan serves as a creative hub for both Talbots and our Haven Well Within brand, which can be found in select Talbots stores and online. This studio is where our Design, Product Development, and Sourcing teams come together—to design our unique products and styles.
Contact & Distribution Centers
Knoxville, TN & Pataskala, OH & Greencastle, IN
We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer care. Behind this commitment is a dedicated team based in our Contact Center facility in Knoxville, Tennessee. We also operate two distribution centers in Ohio and Indiana, which powers our ability to ship our products worldwide.
