Manager, Talent Management

About the role

The Manager, Talent Management will be a key contributor to bringing our impactful people strategies to life. In this role, you’ll have opportunities to collaborate with dynamic partners to create meaningful talent programs that celebrate associate achievements, champion continuous growth, and leave a lasting impact. You will deploy best-in-class people strategies that drive performance, strengthen the talent pipeline, and foster an engaging culture. You'll partner closely with HR and other business partners to implement talent management solutions, paving the way for associates to maximize individual and organizational performance, develop skills, and improve engagement.  

The impact you can have

  • Provide information and education to help leaders and associates maximize the impact and effectiveness of talent management programs 
  • Track and analyze the impact of talent management programs through dynamic people analytics 
  • Analyze associate feedback survey results to extract actionable insights and identify internal and external trends 

You’ll bring to the role

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills  
  • 5+ years’ experience with Talent Management, or as a Human Resources Business Partner
  • Curious and analytical, with outstanding critical thinking abilities 
  • Collaborative, with experience building strong working relationships with team members, business partners, and stakeholders

  • The target salary range for this role is: $100,000 – 110,000*

If located within a commutable distance from one of our brand home offices (NYC, Columbus, OH, Boston, MA, or Ft Myers, FL) this position would work in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in the office location and two days per week worked remotely.   We would also consider a fully remote option for this role.
