About the role


The Brand Analyst supports Supply Chain stakeholders and Brand partners to ensure the smooth flow of goods through our distribution centers and timely deliveries to customers and stores. They provide communication, KPI reporting, and issue resolution to optimize network performance and drive operational efficiencies. They excel in communication and are flexible to business needs, serving as the primary contact between Brands and Supply Chain Operations teams.

  • Provides guidance to Supply Chain stakeholders and Brand partners on business needs and timelines based on network capabilities. 
  • Delivers clear messaging and timely information across all levels of the organization, responds to questions from business partners in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Collects information and appropriate authorizations pertinent to all projects, monitors project progress and publishes results.
  • Runs and monitors reporting measuring performance metrics and service level agreements, ensures the information provided is accurate and timely.
  • Provides timely issue resolution to customer inquiries through prioritization and maintaining deadlines as assigned.
  • Identifies and analyzes data in a manner to drive best business decisions. Serves as a key resource in the analysis and development of reporting.

You’ll bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience to include Supply Chain distribution, inventory control, fulfillment operations, project management, and corporate/retail analytics experience.
  • Experience with warehouse distribution and fulfillment operations including functions related to inventory management, receiving, picking, packing and shipping. 
  • Strong warehouse management and inventory system knowledge preferred, including PKMS and WMS systems.
  • Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) processes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word), with an emphasis on Excel analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects both individually and as part of a team. Individual must demonstrate a proactive and open attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.  Individual must communicate and present information effectively to multiple levels of business partners
  • Ability to tell data-driven stories.
  • Demonstrate agility and the capability to quickly change.
