The IT Business Management Analyst will support the IT department by maintaining and improving business operations.
The impact you'll have:
Assist in managing IT-related finance processes, including tracking and reporting on budget expenditures.
Create and process purchase orders (POs) for IT equipment, services, and software.
Ensure contract repository management for the IT organization.
Review and approve invoices related to IT services and purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Support IT Vendor Management by maintaining vendor records and assisting with vendor performance tracking.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues related to service delivery or invoicing.
Help prepare and maintain portfolio documentation, including project status reports and financial summaries.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT business processes and best practices.
You'll bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an IT or finance department.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with IT management tools.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
