About the role

This position manages the operational relationship with Planning and Allocation, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams for Fulfillment & Distribution Services and functions as the fundamental point of contact for all Chicos FAS/KnitWell business teams to related KnitWell shared service teams.The role will act as a partner to implement strategies, plans and tactics which optimize (cost, service, time and quality) the flow of products through the Supply Chain to both the Internet Fulfillment and Distribution Centers and on to the clients and stores.The person in this role will continuously improve the processes and cost structures to contribute to reduction of operational costs within the supply chain and to maintain on-time delivery to clients and stores.Mitigating Chicos FAS brands (or related brands)/KnitWell operational and financial risks through distribution and fulfillment while supporting brand integrity and optimizing client experience is also a key responsibility.

The impact you can have

• Provide the leadership critical to representing the Chicos FAS Brands (or related Brands)/KnitWell leaders on all operational projects and initiatives that will affect their process.
• Establish business processes to ensure accurate inventory between the distribution/fulfillment centers and Chicos FAS (or related Brands’) system of record.
• Develop processes / systems required to retain category leadership in both distribution and omnichannel fulfillment and create capabilities which are responsive to our business needs.
• Manage the conversion of inbound flows of product into the distribution and fulfillment centers and provide coordination with outbound shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of product.

You’ll bring to the role

• Experience with Chicos FAS brands as a preference
• Experience in a large, complex organization would be a plus
• Retail apparel or specialty retail experience is required
• Self-starter that anticipates problems, identifies opportunities, and provides creative solutions
• Strong strategic mindset, with critical reasoning and qualitative analysis experience
• Skilled at identifying information from disparate sources to deliver comprehensive, objective, and actionable analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a demonstrated track-record as a collaborative change agent
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with varying levels within Chicos FAS (or related Brand) and KnitWell
• Experience in leading people and processes.
• Approaches responsibilities with enthusiasm, persistence, action-orientation with a keen sense of accountability
