Premium Brands Services, LLC is seeking a Sr. Manager – IS Apps & Support in New York, New York.

Job Description: Manage and lead team of Sr. Analysts to provide analysis, design, and implementation of robust SAP Material Management and IS-Retail solutions that meet business needs in a retail environment. Provide support and innovative solutions in a multi-integrated environment. Serve as a key resource for day-to–day and on-going activities in the SAP subject domain. Apply strong working knowledge of SAP Materials Management Module; detailed understanding of the SAP component area relevant to SAP MM; experience with SAP Pricing, Order Management, and proficiency in SAP technical development. Focus on the technical support and related business process activities as they relate to SAP MM and SD and Pricing area. Apply systems development methodology to install, modify, maintain, test and document application software. Coordinate with other system analysts and department leads when changes have cross functional impact. Lead a team of onsite analysts in design and delivery of the Project and enhancements in SAP. Collaborate with offshore SAP Team as a coach and assign them tasks and priorities. Perform SAP configuration to satisfy a solution designed to meet customer requirements. Provide on-going business user support and production issue resolution. Troubleshoot problems with the SAP system. Work with business users and other IT personnel in the application development area in a cross-functional team environment to pursue and accomplish business critical projects. Provide new or updated system documentation of projects or fixes. Researches, analyzes, designs, identifies, and facilitates process improvements that focus on providing standard SAP functionality to meet business requirements. Deliver project deliverables including system configuration, test, training, and production support. Perform application changes as required to fulfill business requirements and in compliance with SOX and segregation of duties policies. Perform other work-related functions as requested or required.

Minimum Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study, foreign degree equivalent accepted. Position also requires five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role in the retail apparel industry and five (5) years of experience with the following: Technical Solution design, Architectural Knowledge, Business Analysis, Business, or domain Knowledge; SAP experience in various technical or analytical positions in a retail environment; Working with industry best practices and implementing these into SAP business processes; SAP configuration and user support experience in MM, Procurement, Master Data, Pricing, and IDOC and workflow troubleshooting; ABAP debugging and SAP Query development; and Applying SDLC or Scrum methodology.

Salary: $155,000 to $175,000 per year
