About the role
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the in-season workflow of all digital and print vehicles created by LOFT Marketing Creative Teams over the entire project lifecycle (initiation, execution, release). In this role, the Manager will report into the Sr Manager of Marketing Operations and will own and manage the in-season calendar and execution of all marketing projects for LOFT; ensuring the teams stay on track to meet key milestones and deliverables.
The ideal candidate is obsessed with process, passionate about helping the team find and implement efficiencies in workflow, and above all driving clarity for our colleagues every step of the way. This position requires superior project management skills, extensive experience working with cross functional partners, and is highly collaborative. Must have an unrelenting positive spirit and can-do attitude.
The impact you can have
• Leads the in-season project workflow for LOFT
• Works cross-functionally to ensure all project deliverables, resources, costs and deadlines are identified and managed day-to-day to successfully meet organizational expectations and project goals.
• Manage tight deadlines while remaining nimble to support evolving needs of the business.
• Maintain all workflow documentation such as in-season meeting charts, attendee lists, timelines, milestone project plans, status reports, and more.
• Ensures that overall execution of projects is completed seamlessly
• Manages additional projects according to workflow needs.
You’ll bring to the role
• Bachelor’s Degree or BA for a related field, preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience within creative project management, retail marketing, marketing operations, or agency account management
• Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
• Highly detail oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast, multi-task environment.
• Strong business acumen with confidence to lead and manage up in certain situations
• Experience with managing a team

• The target salary range for this role is: $85,000 - $90,000*

This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in the New York, NY location and two days per week worked remotely.
