About the role

The Brand Coordinator supports Supply Chain stakeholders and Brand partners to ensure the smooth flow of goods through our Distribution Centers and timely deliveries to customers and stores.  This position works closely with Brand Analysts across all channels and Brands to support performance metrics, data research, and resolution to projects.   They excel in communication and are flexible to business needs, serving as support for the Brand Analyst, DC Operations and Brand teams.

• Provides guidance to Brand Analysts, Supply Chain stakeholders, and Brand partners on business needs and timelines based on network capabilities.
• Serves as support for project management, data research, and issue resolution for Supply Chain Operations teams and Brand partners.
• Delivers clear messaging and timely information, responds to questions from business partners in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Analyzes and delivers data in a manner to drive best business decisions.
• Runs and monitors reporting measuring performance metrics and service level agreements, ensures the information provided is accurate and timely.
• Serves as a key resource in the analysis and development of reporting.
• Provides timely problem resolution to customer inquiries through prioritization and maintaining deadlines as assigned.

What You’ll bring to the role

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience to include Supply Chain distribution, inventory control, fulfillment operations, project management, and corporate/retail analytics experience.
• Understanding of warehouse distribution and fulfillment operations including functions related to inventory management, receiving, picking, packing and shipping. 
• Warehouse management and inventory system knowledge preferred, including PKMS and WMS systems.
• Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) processes.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word), with an emphasis on Excel analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.  Individual must communicate and present information effectively to business partners.
• Ability to tell data-driven stories.
• Demonstrate agility and the capability to quickly change.

This is position is full time, with five days per week worked in the Etna location.
