Field leaders strengthened their strategic plans for the upcoming seasons — considering all components of our business — from product to people to visual expression in stores. They toured the mock store and viewed upcoming holiday concepts. Brand partners joined the team to share Fall merchandise, vision for Holiday, and perspective on brand performance.  

Strategy sessions inspired the group as District Store Managers shared progress on field-led initiatives. Leaders also participated in workshops that emphasized the critical connection between merchandising decisions and customer experience and nurturing organizational talent, which we’re passionate about. 

 A highlight was the launch of Heart of Chico's, a new peer-to-peer recognition program to celebrate and honor the passion and leadership of Field Leaders and Store Managers whose authentic connection makes Chico's a place where everyone feels valued and inspired. 

The gathering enabled the team to deepen connections and unite around a shared vision. "I left the Leadership Summit feeling inspired about our intentional and strategic path forward that is grounded in personal development and foundational growth," shared Amy A., a District Store Manager from California. "I am so excited to continue our journey of meaningful connections with our customers and our teams."
