Looking to fill your free time with some extra income or a sweet discount at your favorite store? We're looking to bring someone on to primarily work in our backroom on stock. Hours will vary week to week, season to season based on the flow of product, but shifts are flexible and you get first dibs on all the new product coming in! Along with unpacking boxes, you'll also help with markdowns and new store sets. Your flexibility to work an occasional shift on the sales floor is a bonus! With that, weekends not required, but are beneficial. Our stock position hasn't opened in years so get in while you can!

About the Stock Associate role:

As a Stock Associate, you help the operations of the store run smoothly. You oversee shipment processing and manage product movement from the stockroom to the sales floor. You ensure the stockroom, sales floor, and desk are always organized and fully stocked. You take ownership of the entire process, so everything – from products to supplies – is in its proper place. While on the sales floor, you also greet customers and help set the tone for excellent shopping experiences. With your attention to detail and commitment to customer service, you play an integral role in contributing to the store's success.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:  

  • Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.

  • Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.

  • Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.

  • Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.

  • Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.

About the Sales Associate role:

As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You'll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.
