Successful Sales Leads embrace our diverse, inclusive culture and set positive leadership examples through their behaviors, serving as a role model and leading all activities related to providing exceptional Customer service. You will be expected to operate as the Leader on Duty in the absence of a Store Manager, communicating clear action plans that optimize results, performing operational and transactional functions, and assisting with merchandise presentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Ensure that the Customer remains the top priority while balancing required tasks and overall store operations.
• Drive results and anticipates Customers’ needs while communicating store and individual performance goals to motivate Associates.
• Coach Associates “in the moment” on Customer interactions and performance to maximize productivity and capture customer opportunities.
• Support the business strategy and adjusts tactics as necessary to effectively reach goals.
• Clearly communicate company direction to the team.
• Embrace fashion, understands current market trends and is able to articulate them using Brand interpretations in every Customer interaction. Represents the Brand by adhering to Brand’s dress code guidelines.
• Safeguard keys to the store, performs opening and closing procedures, assumes PIN and signature privileges for register functions requiring approval.
• Support and maintains merchandise flow/freight processes, ensuring proper floor set execution to current visual Brand standards.
• Leverage tools and takes action to drive operational excellence through Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Complete daily tasks to ensure store runs smoothly and meets all Brand standards and guidelines.
• Assist with New Hire onboarding and ongoing Associate training.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Report to work as scheduled; records time worked accurately by using Brand’s Time and Attendance system; remains flexible to the needs of the business.
Position Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment in a position of Sales Associate or higher.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings/nights, weekends and holiday shifts.
• Supports and maintains merchandise flow/freight processes, ensuring proper floor set execution to current visual Brand standards.
• Contributes to the efforts to prevent shrink and raise and maintain safety awareness.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager(s), District Manager, or Regional leaders.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and ability to implement and maintain within Brand’s guidelines.
• Communicates effectively with Customers, Managers, Business Partners, Store Associates and Peers.
• Ability to foster team commitment and create a positive, inclusive environment.
• Ability to take initiative in making decisions on a timely/urgent basis.
• Must be technology proficient and able to operate the Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, office, lift up to 50 lbs., and retrieve and stock merchandise with or without a reasonable accommodation.

- Energetic, results-driven associates with experience in visual merchandising, stockroom management, shipment processing, and clothing retail sales.
- Fashion-forward retail experience with a passion for style and a knack for organization.
Compensation and Scheduling:
- Part-time role; Pay is based on experience.
- All associates must be flexible to work nights and weekends and holidays.
