About the role
The qualified individual will provide support to the daily functions and workflow of a designated department, under general supervision.  This is a production lead position that will also perform the primary duties and responsibilities of an associate in the respective area(s) where assigned.  

The impact you can have

• Assist in monitoring the workflow for designated areas. This involves communication and coordination with department supervisor/manager.
• Act as a resource for associate questions and assist with resolution of workflow problems and issues.
• Reporting of various aspects of area functions utilizing the following systems and programs – PkMS, Microsoft Outlook including Excel, Word, and Email.
• Train and develop associates in department function, procedures, and policies.
• Support teambuilding at all levels within the FC.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Must have excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle a diverse workload with multiple priorities.
