About the role
Manage the strategic development, planning, and execution of online marketing channels including paid search, social, display, and product feed based programs. Oversee Digital Marketing Specialist role and help grow and develop this individual. This position provides an excellent opportunity to help grow and expand Talbots’ and the Haven Well Within digital footprint and reach, driving both revenue and awareness of the brand. With profit and loss responsibility for multiple paid channels, this person should have a strong analytical background, high attention to detail, and an ability to multitask.
The impact you can have
- This person will help with the day-to-day program management alongside digital agencies of multiple online marketing channels, which will have a direct impact on the financial results.
- Plan and execute paid marketing channel strategies and roadmaps while leveraging resources to implement and execute on a day-to-day basis
- Manage relationships with representatives from the major platforms including META & Google.
- Monitor results of paid channel tests to optimize performance across engines and campaigns
- Monitor day-to-day financial results. Compile and document campaign analysis, performance reports and measure ROI.
- Work closely with PR, Brand Marketing, Analytics amongst other cross functional leaders on marketing efforts
- Stay current with industry developments and bring new innovative ideas to leadership and teams
- Perform ad hoc reporting as necessary
You’ll bring to the role
- BS or BA Degree required; preferably in Economics, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 6+ years experience in Online Marketing managing paid campaigns and channels.
- Proven SEM experiences and success creating, managing & optimizing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo & Bing
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Adobe.
- Strong computer skills (Proficiency in Excel is required).
- Experience working with, analyzing, and interpreting data.
- High attention to detail and superior time management.
- Ability to recruit and manage a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
- Excellent communications skills, particularly written.
- Prior retail experience a plus.

- The target salary range for this role is: $95,000 - $100,000
- On-site: This position works on-site at least 4 days per week consistent with the needs of the business at our Talbots office location in Hingham, MA.
