About the role
This role will be primarily responsible for managing our paid social, affiliate and display channels under the guidance of the Sr. Online Marketing Analyst on the Online Marketing team. They will manage and optimize all the core levers of the display, paid social and affiliate channels including campaign set up, partner management, bid and budget optimizations, creative development and trafficking, as well as performance analysis. This person will also be responsible for aligning campaign efforts with other internal teams and ensuring campaigns are set up with proper promotional messaging, as well as meeting performance objectives and benchmarks.
The impact you can have
• Manage and optimize all the core levers of the display, paid social and affiliate channels including
campaign set up, partner management, bid and budget optimizations, creative development and
trafficking, as well as performance analysis
• Oversee Display program, managing retargeting and prospecting partners, ensuring ads are
traffic properly, campaign dates and budgets are correct and creative assets are updated and
sent to right partners
• Develop an understanding of our Affiliate program, work closely with affiliate partner to review
performance, manage affiliate network, book placements and optimize program/commissions
based on results
• Assist with Paid Social program across various paid social partners, managing budget, optimizing
bids, developing creative, trafficking ads and analyzing results, as well as aligning with brand
team on social initiatives
• Helps build and manage digital audiences across partners for new and existing customers
• Build and manage relationships with digital partners to keep with latest offerings, gain competitive
and industry insights and ensure campaign success
• Help with testing new channels, partners and audience segments for paid ad placement (e.g.
Connected TV, Audio, Voice, etc.)
• Knowledge of key digital KPI’s (e.g. ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, etc.…) and the process of pulling
data from various ad platforms, third party tools and Adobe to gather and align data for analysis
and insights
• Works with internal Analytics, CRM, Marketing and Creative teams to align efforts, manage
resources and provide online marketing insights
• Basic understanding of the current digital landscape, emerging trends, top partners and synergies
between channels
You’ll bring to the role
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in economics, business marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years in a online marketing role
• Strong computer skills (proficiency in Excel is required)
• Experience working with, analyzing, and interpreting data either in an academic setting or a
• related job function
• Creative skills and ability to write compelling search engine copy
• High attention to detail and superior time management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
• Excellent communication skills, particularly written
• Prior retail experience a plus

The target salary range for this role is: $50,000 - $60,000
On-site: This position works on-site at least 4 days per week consistent with the needs of the business at our Talbots office location in Hingham,MA.
