About the role
The Wholesale and Licensing Coordinator will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for the KnitWell Group’s growing International, Wholesale and Licensing team. You will learn about the different brands in our portfolio, including Ann Taylor, LOFT, Chico’s, Lane Bryant, White House Black Market, Soma and Talbots, and manage a diverse portfolio of projects and partners. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new strategic initiative. You will work in a start-up environment, while being able to access the resources and established infrastructure of a major company. The impact you can have
- Oversee and deliver daily operational support for the International, Wholesale and Licensing Team
- Assist with partner management, including tracking samples, product approvals and vendor compliance.
- Track quarterly sales and royalty forecasts, royalty reports and help prepare for regular business reviews with partners.
- Coordinate with Brand creative teams to assist with the development of seasonal creative toolkits and communicate them to external partners.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of licensee product calendars and with the preparation of key product milestone meetings.
- Responsible for daily account management responsibilities, including order creation, order management, data entry, PO and shipment tracking, invoicing, calendar management, vendor setup and communication, and day-to-day assortment communication.
- Drive communication and build relationships with offsite wholesale and international partners.
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners and participate as a solution-oriented team member, contributing to a high performing team.
You’ll bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years in account management, Licensing and/or Wholesale or related experience
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong self-management and time management skills
- Detail oriented, with excellent follow-through skills
- Strong prioritization skills
- Excellent organizational ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
