About the role
We are seeking a self-starter, detail-oriented and proactive Email Development Specialist to support our email marketing initiatives. In this role, you will assist the Senior Web Developer in creating promotional and transactional emails in Bluecore, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to best practices. You will help gather assets, prepare creative request forms (CRFs), perform quality assurance, and help with email analytics.

- Assist the Senior Web Developer in developing promotional and transactional emails in Bluecore.
- Gather and organize assets required for email development.
- Help create and maintain CRFs to streamline workflow.
- Use segmentation and personalization to target different audiences effectively
- Support email performance tracking and analytics to improve effectiveness.
- Slice and optimize images for use in emails.
- Conduct thorough QA testing to ensure email accuracy across devices and email clients.
- Stay updated on email best practices to enhance deliverability and engagement.
- Collaborate with content and design teams.
You’ll bring to the role
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Familiarity with Bluecore (a plus).
- Understanding of email best practices, including mobile responsiveness and accessibility.
- Self-starter and strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with Email Marketing Platforms (Bluecore, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret email performance metrics.

This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in the New Albany, OH location and two days per week worked remotely.
