The Graphic Designer executes digital design across key channels including homepage, paid media, and email. This role requires strong digital fluency and the ability to make channel-specific creative decisions based on each platform’s needs and best practices. Working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, copy partners, and cross-functional teams, the designer creates visuals that communicate clearly and meet technical and performance goals. While the role is primarily digital, print design experience is a plus and may support a broader range of projects.

- Design and layout of weekly creative and daily updates for site, email or paid
- Layout savvy, typography obsessed, able to weigh balance and space in a design tastefully.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to achieve a balance between creative brand and promotion activity.
- Works closely with Senior graphic designers, copywriters and development team to execute site updates
- Execute assets both static and in motion, via gif or video as needed to support content.
- Organized, quick-thinking while maintaining attention to detail.
- Have strong communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset and bring a positive team attitude.
- Mindful of time management to communicate through work load and priorities effectively.
You’ll bring to the role
- 2–4 years of experience in creative marketing, with a focus on digital design; print experience is a plus.
- Strong layout and typography skills.
- Experience with responsive design.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience creating and editing motion assets in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or After Effects.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or a related field.
- Able to manage tight deadlines and deliverables.
- Able to take projects from concept to launch.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities across teams.
