We are looking for a motivated and creative Graphic Design Intern to join our Marketing Creative team for the Summer of 2025. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the world of corporate retail marketing while contributing to real-time campaigns across various channels. You will assist in the creation of digital assets for email, social media, and other marketing touchpoints using existing campaign imagery and copy.
As an intern, you will work closely with our Art Director and supporting designers to create on-brand, visually appealing assets that support ongoing and upcoming campaigns. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about the inner workings of a marketing team at a large retail company and develop your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Assist in the creation of digital assets, including graphics, social media posts, email templates, and digital ads, using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
- Support conceptual development by adapting existing campaign imagery and copy into new creative executions.
- Assist in motion design projects (e.g., animated graphics, video content) using Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects (experience with motion design is a plus).
- Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions, offering creative input and ideas for upcoming campaigns.
- Provide design revisions and adjustments based on feedback from senior designers and the Art Director.
- Learn and develop skills in corporate retail marketing, design processes, and campaign execution.

Program Details
- The KnitWell Group Summer Internship Program welcomes the classes of 2025 and 2026 college students to work with several of our brands (Ann Taylor, Lane Bryant, LOFT, Talbots) and Corporate Shared Services to kick-start their career in retail. This immersive experience offers interns the opportunity to work hands-on with their department for 10-weeks and receive professional development opportunities including executive chats, professional workshops, store visits, etc., and participation in a collaborative team project.
- The pay rate for the position is $20.00/hr.
- KnitWell Group does not offer housing near any of our corporate office locations. Participating students must have the ability to independently secure and finance housing in a commutable distance of the office location.
