About the role
The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA), Finance is a core member of the Finance Team responsible for financial reporting and analysis on corporate results as well as long and short-term forecasting. The Senior Analyst will financially lead the Lane Bryant Loyalty and Credit Programs as well as a support to cross functional team members in decision making to maximize productivity within these key businesses.

This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in our New Albany (OH) office location and two days per week worked remotely.

The impact you can have
• Create weekly, monthly and seasonal sales and KPI plans based on corporate goals and trends, while also highlighting risk and opportunity. Owning the Loyalty space within the P+L.
• Collaborate with cross functional team members to identify opportunities within the Loyalty and Credit programs to maximize customer participation.
• Create financial plans and report on results of Loyalty and Credit campaigns.
You’ll bring to the role
- BS in Finance or business-related field with 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis. Retail experience desired.
- Proficiency in Excel, with ability to apply to reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and technical skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence through analytics.
- Work effectively on cross-functional teams and with leaders across the brand.
- Conduct responsibilities with urgency and a high level of accountability.
- An organized team player with attention to detail that can manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microstrategy is a plus!
