The Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing will own the day-to-day execution of high-impact retention marketing across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail—partnering closely with Creative, CRM, Brand, and Merchandising to deliver campaigns that keep customers engaged and coming back. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, highly visible role where detail, prioritization, and a test-and-learn mindset drive results.
The impact you can have
- Execute the strategic retention plan to improve the customer journey and drive new, retained and reactivated clients.
- Own the end-to-end campaign workflow for Email, SMS and Direct Mail, including planning, creative briefing, build, QA and deployment.
- Maintain program calendars and ensure alignment to store sets, promotional launches and key business priorities.
- Review and proof content to ensure channel best practices, legal guidelines and business objectives are met.
- Monitor launches and performance, troubleshoot issues and optimize scheduling and execution details.
- Produce daily and weekly channel reporting and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams (e.g., CRM, Brand Marketing, Analytics, Merchandising, Loyalty/Credit, Creative and Project Management) to support segmentation, testing and new engagement strategies.
You’ll bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing preferred), with 1–2 years of digital marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects end‑to‑end and partnering effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
- Clear, effective communicator with strong listening skills and the ability to collaborate, problem‑solve, and gain alignment.
- Analytical and results‑oriented, with the ability to translate insights into action and deliver against timelines and performance goals.
- Proactive, positive, and self‑motivated; brings initiative and ideas that contribute to business growth and organizational effectiveness (experience with ESPs a plus).

- The target salary range for this role is: $50,000 - $53,000
- Hybrid: This position works in a hybrid model, with required days worked in the LOFT office location in New York, NY as defined by business needs.
