About the role

The Associate Sourcing Manager assists in the product development and production process from seasonal development of product to the manufacturing process in alignment with the divisional sourcing strategy.  Ensures design vision and product integrity standards are met while adhering to the Product Lifecycle Calendar and meeting financial goals. Champions the company's Values & Practices by maintaining effective collaborative relationships, taking pride in the company and brand, and embracing diversity

The impact you can have

  • Assists to achieve seasonal IMU aligned to the corporate financial objectives.

  • Supports manager to establish target costs, email counterparts to assist with negotiations, and communicate with vendors during face-to-face meetings.

  • Maintains Zymmetry system and creates style numbers.

  • Manages purchase order requests and revisions through SAP.

  • Requests and tracks all samples (line building,1st fit, marketing, production samples).

  • Prepares and assists with pre-classification process.

  • Assists with bulk fabric commitments.

  • Requests and tracks development testing and samples.

  • Creates and maintains seasonal re-cap charts.

  • Builds collaborative relationships with the cross functional team members.

  • Attends weekly fit meeting.

  • Daily correspondence with overseas offices.

You’ll bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s degree, in a related field of study, or equivalent functional experience.

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Production.

  • Detail oriented, with strongorganizational capabilities.

  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Flexible/adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team oriented.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

  • Potential for seasonal travel.

  • The target salary range for this role is: $65k-$70k
