The Coordinator, Visual Merchandising, plays a vital role within the team. They will report to the Manager of Visual Merchandising and, together, innovatively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a modernized customer-focused retail shopping experience. The coordinator will support the Manager of Visual Merchandising in all tasks and projects related to all seasonal studio/showroom setups and creating the Monthly Visual Merchandising Guidelines.

  • Support the setup of monthly studio store sets
  • Organize and prepare Visual Merchandising elements, tools and resources.
  • Order, track, gather and maintain all category product samples
  • Clean and organize the studio and stockroom while maintaining standards between meetings and appointments.
  • Collaborate and support the creation of the Monthly Visual Merchandising Guidelines.
  • Liaise with Merchandising and Sourcing teams to establish efficient ways of receiving assortment sheets and sample tracking information.
  • Create the Monthly Product Planner and maintain a comprehensive tracker of the product life cycle.
  • Maintain an organized and current studio sign library.
  • Catalog and maintain photo files and a database of Visual Merchandising presentations
  • internally and competitively.
  • Assist in preparing and participating in Visual Training Workshops.
  • Support with Showrooms and Special Projects (Conferences, PR Events, etc.)

You’ll bring to the role

  • A minimum of 1 year experience working for a fashion-related brand.
  • Passion for visual merchandising and fashion.
  • Ability to take direction, multi-task, and manage shifting priorities.
  • Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive in anticipating and planning projects.
  • Has the flexibility and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong professional with analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

The target salary range for this role is: $24-$25
