The Coordinator, Visual Merchandising supports the development and execution of in-store visual merchandising strategies across the store fleet. This role plays a key part in bringing brand storytelling to life through floor sets, product placement, and visual presentation guidelines. The ideal candidate is both creative and highly organized, with a strong eye for product placement and retail storytelling. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Field Visual, and Store Operations to create clear, compelling, and executable visual direction for stores. This role offers the opportunity to influence the in-store customer experience while growing within a dynamic and collaborative visual merchandising team. The coordinator will also help support new initiatives, store openings, and evolving brand strategies.
The impact you can have
Support the development and execution of seasonal floor sets and in-season visual merchandising updates
Assist in creating visual merchandising presentations, guidelines, and communication tools for stores
Partner with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Marketing, and Field Visual to align on priorities and initiatives
Support product placement strategy and storytelling across key categories and brand initiatives
Style and pull mannequin looks to showcase key trends, outfitting ideas, and product stories
Assist with new store openings, refreshes, and visual merchandising initiatives
Create visual communication tools including photo decks, mockups, and best practice documentation
Help track visual merchandising projects, timelines, and deliverables to support team execution
You’ll bring to the role
1–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail, or related field
Strong eye for product placement, visual storytelling, styling, and mannequin dressing
Experience creating presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Miro, or similar tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and execution
Retail or store experience preferred
Passion for fashion, retail, and customer experience

The target salary range for this role is: $24.00/hr-$25.00/hr

This position works in a hybrid model, with four days per week worked in the Times Square, NY location and one day per week worked remotely.
