About the role

The Visual Merchandising Coordinator supports the planning, development, and execution of LOFT floor sets and visual merchandising standards. This role helps translate brand strategy and product priorities into clear, actionable guidelines that enable stores to create compelling and consistent customer experiences. Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Operations, this role develops visual tools and resources that help stores easily understand and implement merchandising direction. The coordinator produces clear execution guides, visual diagrams, and digital resources that support store teams in delivering brand standards.

The impact you can have

  • Support the development and rollout of seasonal and monthly floor set guidelines for store teams

  • Translate assortment strategies and product priorities into clear visual merchandising direction

  • Create visual tools including execution guides, fixture maps, and merchandising diagrams

  • Develop short-form video content and digital resources that demonstrate floor sets and merchandising techniques

  • Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Store Operations to align on product launches and visual priorities

  • Maintain organized visual communication materials that are clear, accurate, and easy for stores to execute

  • Provide support to stores by answering questions related to floor sets and visual merchandising standards

  • Gather feedback from the field to continuously improve visual communication tools and execution clarity

You'll bring to the role

  • 1–2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or brand presentation

  • Strong understanding of retail merchandising and product storytelling

  • Ability to translate strategy and product priorities into clear visual direction

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail

  • Experience creating visual presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)

  • Basic experience with video editing tools

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • The target salary range for this role is: $24.00/hr-$25.00/hr
