About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible to help bring the brand to life across all digital assets (email campaigns, site assets, paid media) and ensure the designs communicate our brand message effectively. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and have experience working in a similar in-house brand in the fashion/retail space.

• Ability to execute ideas from concept to final creative
• Design and execute all digital assets – emails, site assets, paid media
• Offer smart and thoughtful creative solutions to a brief or project
• Ability to collaborate well with other designers, marketing team, copywriters, and digital team to ensure design consistency across all media and brand guidelines are adhered to
• Ability to successfully multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time
• Prepare and optimize graphics for various platforms
• Maintain positive work environment with high creative standards
You’ll bring to the role
• At least 2 years of experience at similar brand in fashion/retail space
• Strong typography skills a must
• Must be extremely organized and have a keen eye for all details
• Must have a collaborative attitude and open and receptive to feedback
• In depth knowledge of the digital design and how to apply an idea to each platform
• Must be able to clearly articulate and present creative ideas
• Self-starter, ability to act and follow through on projects independently
• Ability to reprioritize projects and work flow based on business needs
• Must have experience working in-house for similar brand
• Must be comfortable with volume and fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process in a team environment
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Expert knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of figma

• The target salary range for this role is: $65,000 - $70,000
*Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills. Eligibility of certain benefits and associate programs are subject to employment type and role.
This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in the New York, NY location and two days per week worked remotely.
