  • Ensure all print assets meet technical specifications (bleeds, trims, color profiles, resolution, etc.)
  • Maintain consistent visual execution across all print and digital deliverables
  • Organize and prepare final production files for output, working with vendors as needed to meet print specifications and delivery deadlines
  • Produce and deliver assets for email, web, paid media, social, and other digital channels as needed
  • Uphold file naming conventions and maintain a meticulous approach to file structure and version control
  • Maintain and update template libraries for both print and digital use
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiencies and cross-functional processes
  • Problem-solve on the fly and respond to quick-turn requests (sometimes within 24 hours)
  • Stay up to date with production best practices and evolving industry standards

You’ll bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in both print and digital production design
  • Deep understanding of print production processes, color management, file prep, and vendor coordination
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, and project management tools (e.g. Workfront, Asana, Trello)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Clear, confident communicator with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot design and technical issues quickly
