Senior E-commerce Stylist

About the role

The stylist is responsible for executing seasonal styling direction across our e-commerce channel for all of our monthly deliveries. This person needs to be highly creative, trend forward, all while having a strong understanding of the brand and target customer. The stylist must have exceptional taste with the ability to execute the brand styling ID whilst being competent and confident in their own creative problem solving. A team player with a collaborative approach to work is essential under fast paced environment with a well seasoned on set/model hand.

The impact you can have

  • Support the Brand Stylist in the execution of monthly e-com styling for all LOFT deliveries alongside executing on set
  • Work along side production team to map out and plan the e-com style out schedule with art director and producers
  • Ability to convey feedback and direction with clarity and diplomacy
  • Liaise with sample e-commerce managers and assistants to ensure the most up to date samples and products are available to style with and shoot working closely with e-com sample coordinators
  • Hold and plan style out kick offs with art director, styling director and merchant director before each e-com style out
  • Communicate with and brief freelance stylists to ensure clarity on styling direction and expectation when we have multiple sets 
  • Collaborate with photo producers and art directors prior to and on-set to ensure all product needs are communicated and prioritized
  • Ensure styling reflects current business and fashion trends
  • Manage and delegate appropriate tasks to freelancers when we have double sets for execution
  • This role will need experience with Google slides for building styling decks and presenting to cross functional teams
  • Must attend all key meetings that involve marketing and merchandising seasonal re-groups to understand future line build and big ideas
  • Will lean in to help with campaign style outs occasionally to make sure e-com stylist stays connected through seasonal big ideas and styling messages/key looks
  • Well seasoned in presenting looks to teams, scheduling final sign off approvals with directors and managing pdp styling process and work flow
  • Ability to manage and organize reshoot requests/additional asset requests as we shoot
  • Building reference boards for each delivery with competitive styling ideas to stay up to date on trends

You’ll bring to the role

  • BA in Fashion or Art (or equivalent experience and education)
  • 8+ years of experience overall, 5+ years of experience on set.
  •  Excellent knowledge of fashion and industry trends
  • Focused attention to detail ensuring all products are photo ready and presented in the most flattering form
  • Confident in last minute creative styling decision-making
  • High taste level and thorough understanding of styling techniques
  • Strong communication and organization skills, must be able to prioritize and multi- task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivation is crucial

  • The target salary range for this role is: $120,000 - $130,000*

*Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills. Eligibility of certain benefits and associate programs are subject to employment type and role.

This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in the New York, NY location and two days per week worked remotely.
