The Print & Color Sr. Manager Serves as liaison between Design, Product Development and Merchandising to ensure information flow is accurate throughout the development process. The Print & Color Sr. Manager is a self-motivated professional with deep experience in color and print production processes and a natural ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
The impact you can have
Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the CAD department while also helping to guide the CAD artists on print projects for the seasonal build and present to Senior Director
Collaborate on the setup of complex layouts and communicate CAD projects and status with the Design and R&D Teams
Manage the launch of all print artwork and ensure all Print and Color seasonal deadlines are met.
Oversee the Print Production and Color Production Team
Techincally establish and ensure the launch of color palettes each season
Manages deadlines: responsible for ensuring print packages are sent out, completed and on time according to PLC
Review completed artwork packages
Responsible for coordinating all changes from Line Review and communicates to Cross-Functional Team at Line Review recap.
Collaborates with Sr. Director on all print approvals
Encourage creativity and teamwork
You'll bring to the role
5-7 years experience as a Computer Aided Designer and/or Textile Designer
Bachelors or Associates Degree, or equivalent, in Design
Strong computer skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Ned Graphic preferred)
Have a creative eye and keen sense of print and color trends
Ability to multi task and manage a multiple season overlap.
Awareness of product development from conceptualization to finished design for textiles.
Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and divisions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly organized and has capacity to anticipate change
Executes to timelines and provides timely solutions

The target salary range for this role is: $120,000-$125,000
This position is hybrid with four days worked in our Times Square Tower, with some weeks five days worked in office dependent on business needs
