The Director, Corporate HRIS will oversee the implementation, standardization, management, and continuous improvement of Human Capital Management systems across the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, optimizing HR processes, and driving efficiency through technology solutions. This position will lead the HRIS team, collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders, and ensure that the Workday platform is fully integrated into the organization's HR strategy and operations while consolidating other systems.

HR Systems that support business objectives
- Align all HRIS systems selection, development, implementation and enhancements with the key goals and objectives of the HR function and the company’s strategic objectives.
- Oversee system configuration, testing, data migration, security, and deployment of Workday modules (Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Workforce Management, etc.).
- Drive and support consolidation of systems across the enterprise
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on HR systems and processes, offering guidance to HR teams and senior leadership on system capabilities and best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Legal) to gather requirements, define workflows, and ensure systems meet organizational needs.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within HRIS functions to increase efficiency and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to streamline and automate HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, talent management and payroll.
- Develop and execute a continuous improvement roadmap for HR systems, proposing new features, tools, and solutions to address evolving business needs.
- Drive system updates, upgrades, and releases, employing new features while ensuring smooth implementation and integration with other business systems.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure stability, security, confidentiality and availability of all HRIS systems in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and organizational practices.
- Drive the development of HRIS dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into key HR metrics, data trends, and business performance.
Vendor Partnerships
- Manage positive vendor relationships with timely operational issue identification and resolution. Spearhead vendor selection, contract negotiations and extensions with the vendors and outsourced partners.
- Champion future vendor and technology investments as needed.
Team Management
- Champion a culture of execution, efficiency, innovation, customer service and integrity.
- Ensure development and enhancement of systems skill sets and leadership skills across the function; provide team members with career development and advancement opportunities.
You’ll bring to the role:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of progressive HRIS management responsibility, including full life cycle implementation experience.
- Proven experience leading complex HRIS implementations, system upgrades, and integrations, including system change governance.
- In depth knowledge of HRIS systems including HR/Payroll solutions, and ancillary systems like Time/Labor, Recruiting, etc. Working knowledge of relational databases and reporting tools.
- Experience with Workday required and Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience in HR process design, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR data governance, compliance standards, and security protocols.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in a dynamic, fluid, and geographically dispersed environment.
