The successful candidate will be a part of the team that provides financial support functions related to the design and construction of all store locations, ensuring the process integrity, strategic planning, and financial discipline needed to support the company's portfolio growth and brand objectives.
The impact you can have
Produce Store Development monthly reporting including capital projections, project year-to-date performance, change order analysis, and Fixed Assets reconciliations.
Collaborate closely with the Real Estate team to develop accurate cost estimates for capital projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timing, and execution.
Deliver comprehensive hindsight reports on cost overruns, schedule delays, vendor issues, and process improvements, identifying areas for operational optimization.
You’ll bring to the role
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial operations.
Experience in retail or construction finance is highly desirable.
Experience in Lucernex is highly desirable
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and advanced Excel.

The target salary range for this role is: $105k - $120k

This position works remotely. Occasional travel to a company office may be required.
