Interns focus on building the capability to motivate and lead a team, analyze business
trends, and creatively demonstrate results, all while learning the inner workings of a
vertical retailer.

▪ Attend all internship-sponsored events
▪ Be punctual and engaged
▪ Provide constructive feedback for future internship program
