As a Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the action:

• Drive Sales: Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals while contributing to our overall success.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Build lasting relationships with clients by providing styling advice, anticipating their needs, and exceeding expectations.
• Build Community: Engage with local events, support charitable initiatives, and make LOFT a hub for connection.
• Stay Organized: Keep the store polished, organized, and inviting—ready for every client who walks through the door.
• Master the Details: Quickly and efficiently process transactions, shipments, and inventory while maintaining a keen eye for loss prevention.

• Proven sales experience in retail or a related field, with a track record of meeting goals.
