About the role
The Asset Protection Supervisor has thorough knowledge of Premium Brands Services LLC’s (aka KnitWell Group) security and life safety procedures. Provides detailed reports regarding events related to Safety and Asset Protection (AP) related activities to various staff and support departments. Works with AP Management to act as a liaison by participating in various meetings, providing written documentation, and providing analytical analysis and research related to Fulfillment Center (FC) incidents. Provides supervision to a team of hourly associates and assists AP Manager with relationships with contract security. Assists with Asset Protection field inquires relating to FC matters for all brands. Under general direction, supervises Asset Protection responsibilities for the Greencastle (IN) Fulfillment Center.

Supervises a team of Asset Protection Specialists and assists with contract security processes. Sets goals, provides feedback, provides associate training, and administers coaching/counseling as needed.
Supervises and monitors the physical security of fulfillment center. Maintains and test burglar, fire, key/core processes, visitor management, CCTV, and card access system.
Supervises and acts as a first responder to situations pertaining to unauthorized access, fire, or any emergency situation 24/7.
Under general direction, assists with conducting thorough and timely investigations related to theft and/or loss within the center.
Assist with compliance standards to ensure facilities are in compliance with OSHA, C-TPAT, SOX, PCI, and other state/federal regulatory agencies.
Maintain vendor relationships with established suppliers or services and products used by the Asset Protection team.
Works with AP Management regarding safety training and awareness programs for the DC, including accident investigation, safety inspections and reporting. Delivers AP and Safety orientation for new hires.
Performs other administrative duties as needed by AP leadership.
You’ll bring to the role
3+ years Asset Protection experience preferred (Distribution Center or Ecommerce Fulfillment Center experience a plus).
2-year degree strongly preferred.
Must have experience supervising others.
Flexible to work a variety of hours based on business needs, including on-call 24/7.
First Aid, CPR, AED certification preferred (certification will be required during employment).
Possess basic Microsoft skills (i.e. Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Minimum travel required.
Certification in Interview and Interrogation Techniques preferred (i.e. Wicklander & Zulawski).
A strong business relationship with all levels of an organization is a must.

This “PM-Shift” position works on-site from 12 pm – 8 pm, M-F) consistent with the needs of the business at our Greencastle Fulfillment Center location in Greencastle, IN.
