The Creative Operations Specialist is responsible for partnering with the Creative Operations Manager and Sr. Creative Operations Specialist for all Sample Coordination and Invoice Processing functions.
The impact you can have
Sample Coordination: Manage sample coordination for all PDP, Style Out and Brand shoots
- Style Outs
- Assist in brand and ecomm sample turn-ins
- Hands-on support during style-out process (print outs, boards, tagging product, etc.)
- Input images and product info into asset deck during style out process
- Photoshoots
- Unpacking trunks from photo shoots
- Checking in samples and packing trunks for brand and ecomm shoots
- Maintain accurate sample logs, update late sample log, and floorset logs
- Data entry of sku info into the asset deck for Brand Shoots
- Input image selects into asset deck following Brand Shoots
- Create fittings doc and copy over info to send to Tech Design for Brand Shoots
- Update floorset kick-off decks for ecomm photo studio
- Assist with zero skus and one-off requests related to missing imagery
- Collect and send color references to retouching vendors
- Rename and upload third-party vendor imagery for the website
- Post Shoot Support
- Back up hard drives to server
- Add merchant mark ups into photo asset deck
- Boxing up old samples for sample sale and/or sample donation
- Help organize sample area, props and photo studio
Invoice Processing: Manage all PDP Invoice Processing and support any Brand Shoot Invoice Processing
- Invoice Processing for crew and talent

Marketing Operations
- Partners with Marketing Specialist on month-end close, new vendor set up and purchase order requests
Merchandising
- Partners with all merchants to track and ensure all samples arrive on time for style out and photoshoot turn-ins
You'll bring to the role
- 1-3 years marketing experience with specific experience in project management, planning and execution with a retailer preferred.
- Experience with women’s specialty apparel preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong mathematical, quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills with a high aptitude for problem solving.
- Motivated problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Team Player that leads with savvy, kindness, and resourcefulness.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities quickly.
- Self-reliant, strong sense of urgency and detail oriented.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships across departments.
