You’ll collaborate with a wide range of partners across Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, UX, Analytics, Call Center, and CRM to bring digital campaigns to life and ensure a seamless customer experience. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Manage and QA site content including homepage updates, promotional banners, navigation, product callouts, and merchandising blocks
- Troubleshoot HTML/CSS display issues and assist with light front-end fixes
- Maintain internal site search synonyms and redirects to improve findability and reduce “no results” queries

Cross-functional Project Coordination

- Support campaign launches, promotional activations, and seasonal refreshes with pixel-perfect precision
- Coordinate with Creative, UX, and Site Marketing to validate requirements and review feasibility
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to align execution with broader product roadmap

Quality Assurance & Site Health

- Own QA process from staging to production, ensuring content and functionality are error-free
- Support site testing during code deployments and coordinate with QA/dev teams on issue resolution
- Monitor site performance using analytics tools (e.g. ContentSquare, Quantum Metric, Google PageSpeed) and escalate issues or degradation

Data-Driven Decision Making

- Leverage metrics, session replay tools, and merchant feedback to propose improvements to site layout, navigation, or content strategy
- Communicate trends, bugs, or blockers clearly to leadership and stakeholders
- Track performance and ROI of content modules and promotional placements

Team Collaboration & Communication

- Drive productive collaboration between internal departments and external partners
- Proactively flag risks, propose solutions, and help maintain streamlined processes
- Contribute to documentation, templates, and best practices for scalable production

You’ll bring to the role

- 3+ years of experience in web production, e-commerce operations, or digital merchandising
- Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern content management systems
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and QA tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Figma for asset slicing and review
