About the Role

The Social Media Assistant Manager is responsible for developing social media content strategies and executing the day-to-day responsibilities of all social channels and campaigns for our global audience. The role will work in close partnership with our creative and editorial team as well as the PR and brand marketing team to put our best foot forward through Social Media.

The impact you can have

  • Monitor all social channels to stay informed about community sentiment, trends and discussions as well as responding promptly to community inquiries, and customer service concerns, escalating as appropriate, including during non-business hours as necessary.
  • Research emerging trends and opportunities to enhance our content and social media activities and brand presence in a meaningful way.
  • Lead the ideation of compelling and innovative Lo-fi content ideas, partnering closely with creative and brand teams to capture, edit and post content.
  • Develop and execute innovative contests, sweepstakes and social media campaigns.
  • Leverage our 3rd party analytics platforms to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Deliver an expert understanding of digital and social media, influencer marketing. 
  • Manage content posting across all priority social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop, plan and execute platform-specific social media strategies that support the brands business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Assist in the day-to-day social media management including but not limited to, social media briefs, weekly content planning, editorial calendar management, reporting, community management, etc.
  • Assist in managing the brand’s organic social media budget.


You'll Bring to the Role

  • 2 to 3 years professional experience in social media and digital strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
  • Experience with iPhone photography/videography, editing tools and Lo-fi social content creation.
  • Expert knowledge in Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube etc.
  • Strong skill set in writing, editing, grammar and communication.
  • Analytical mindset and experience using third-party tracking and analytics as well as platforms like Bazaar Voice and Sprinklr.
  • Love of clothes and fashion.

  • The target salary range for this role is: $62K - $65K
