About the role
The Associate Manager is responsible for executing the annual and seasonal marketing plan for the customer loyalty and credit card programs across Ann Taylor or LOFT brands. They will coordinate with internal and external partners to plan, calendarize and execute seasonal marketing campaigns, segmented digital offers, customer lifecycle triggers, loyalty and credit exclusive offers, activations, etc. The Associate Manager will manage the internal brief development, campaign set-up (i.e., coupon requests, digital marketing placement/UX) and full end-to-end execution across all customer touchpoints (email, site, SMS, paid digital, social, and direct mail), creative routing, disclosure development and legal/partner approvals. In addition, they will be responsible for post campaign reporting set-up and socialization of learnings.
The impact you can have
• Partner Management: Day-to-day contact for select external & cross-functional partners
• Marketing Planning:
o Maintain the Master Loyalty & Credit Marketing Calendar by brand.
o Partner with internal stakeholders across all ANN Inc brands and all customer channels to plan and execute marketing campaigns and activations.
o Partner with bank and loyalty vendors on key deliverables.
• Communication:
o Schedule all routine meetings; Prepare agendas and distribute recaps.
o Create and maintain departmental archives to house all program-related documentation, including calendars, analyses, and assets.
o Manage the communication related to marketing activities, including updates and direction to key stakeholders in Divisional Marketing, Stores/Field, etc.
• Collateral:
o Prepare creative briefs. Compile production schedules for all assets.
o Initiate the creative development process, per standard procedures per division.
o Manage the routing process to ensure deadlines are met, secure department and bank approvals during job routing and reviews.
o Coordinate with bank vendor regarding production, file pull, and mailing tasks.
o Serve as the point of contact for all parties for issues related to program collateral.
• Reporting:
o Partner with Analytics to prepare data and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting related to managed programs, as needed.
o Partner with IS, Marketing CRM teams and vendors to produce ad hoc reporting, as needed.
• Financial/Budget:
o Maintain up-to-date tracking of actual and planned spend against budget for managed programs.
o Enter Invoices, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts, as needed.
You’ll bring to the role
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Loyalty, Credit Marketing or a comparable role.
• Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience managing both projects and processes.
• Possess strong communication skills to partner effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Detail oriented, with excellent follow-through skills.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with associates two levels above.

• The target salary range for this role is: $70,000 - $80,000
*Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills. Eligibility of certain benefits and associate programs are subject to employment type and role.
This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in the New York, NY location and two days per week worked remotely.
