The Jr. Production Designer will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless transition of digital and print projects from concept to production. Will be responsible for the creation, quality and deliverables of digital projects and various printer ready files, ensuring quality standards for outgoing files across digital and print.

Work closely with the Production, Brand and Creative Development Team to understand project requirements and specifications
Prepare digital files across multi-channel streams, ensuring the best quality of email, social, and site deliverables.
Evaluate client assets to make sure provided logos, illustrations and artwork is high-quality, and communicate to Development and Creative partners when updated assets are needed
Display high level of accuracy and attention to details in artwork delivery
Review design files for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
Conduct pre-press checks to identify and rectify any issues related to color accuracy, image resolution, and fonts
Manage version control and file organization to ensure efficient production workflows
Optimize all creative files, ensuring they meet industry standards.
Duties might include minor retouching, color correction or artwork cleanup
You’ll bring to the role
Bachelor's Degree in Digital/Graphic Design, or related field
1-3 years’ experience in digital production
Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects experience necessary
Working knowledge of SharePoint, CMS, Wrike, Teams, Ai Tools, and print ready understanding for pre-press and CMYK/color approvals.
Must have experience working with large scale digital file releases, optimization and handling multiple project deadlines while ensuring file quality.
Must be flexible, open-minded, and respond to constructive criticism with revisions to designs and projects as necessary.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, listening and decision-making skills.

The target salary range for this role is: $66,300-$67,000

This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in the Times Square Tower location and two days per week worked remotely.
