The Art Director will have responsibility for concepting and executing e-commerce imagery, while helping the Ann Taylor brand aesthetic come to life online. This position will work closely with the Creative Director to concept and present seasonal campaigns and work with all teams to execute all channels. This position ensures that the integrity of the brand is present in PDP and e-commerce imagery and maintains continuity in all facets of the brand experience. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, collaborative, a conceptual thinker and be able to mentor and manage the design team.
The impact you can have
- Manage concept, design, and execution of brand creative for PDP and e-commerce images
- Oversee the design team to ensure concepts and brand vision are consistently compelling
- Partner with Lead Stylist on all e-commerce photoshoots
- Supervise online photo team including photographers, stylists, hair and makeup for product shoots
- Art direct photo shoots
- Work closely with production team to cast models and choose photographers for shoots
- Supervise all pre-and post-production work for all imagery in coordination with Photo Editor; manage into tight deadlines
- Generate ideas that bring the brand to life
- Maintain and establish high creative standards
- Communicate and distill conceptual ideas to team
- Creatively supervise and manage daily workflow of design team
You'll bring to the role
- BA in Marketing or similar discipline
- 5+ years’ experience within retail or brand
- Experience with art direction
- Experience with PDP
- Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Ability to troubleshoot and be solution-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Strong internal motivation, natural ambition, and ability to work quickly on high level projects

- The target salary range for this role is: $110,000-$115,000
