Brand Marketing Intern – Ann Taylor

Ann Taylor is looking for a Brand Marketing Intern to assist in executing omni-channel marketing strategies.  You will learn how to create briefs that outline key initiatives and messaging. You’ll collaborate with teams across creative, visual, social, PR, digital, merchandising and store communications to support brand marketing plans. This internship is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented student eager to gain hands-on experience in retail marketing and branding.

Internship Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills 
• Finger on the pulse of the competitive landscape (retail, fashion, branding, social media, etc.)
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student majoring in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Program Details

The KnitWell Group Summer Internship Program welcomes the classes of 2026 and 2027 college students to work with several of our brands (Ann Taylor, Haven Well Within, LOFT, Talbots) and Corporate Shared Services to kick-start their career in retail. This immersive experience offers interns the opportunity to work hands-on with their department for 10-weeks and receive professional development opportunities including executive chats, professional workshops, store visits, etc., and participation in a collaborative team project. 

The pay rate for the position is $20.00/hr.

This internship position will be based out of our Ann Taylor & LOFT office location in New York, NY.  

KnitWell Group does not offer housing near any of our corporate office locations. Participating

students must have the ability to independently secure and finance housing in a commutable distance of the office location.
