KnitWellGroup – 2026Summer Internship Program

Concept,Trend, Print & Pattern Intern -Ann Taylor

This internship supports both the Concept & Trend teams and the CAD, Print & Color teams, offering hands-on exposure to the creative development process from inspiration through execution. The intern willassistwith research, visual development, and design support across multiple disciplines.

Internship Details

  • Support concept and trend research through market analysis, inspiration boards, presentation materials, andarchival research to inform seasonal direction and storytelling 

  • Assist CAD, Print, and Color teams with artwork organization, color updates, and basic CAD or print adjustments

  • Helpmaintaindesign assets, samples, and files while collaborating with cross‑functional creative partners

Internship Qualifications

  • Curiosity & eagerness to learn

  • Enrolled in an accredited degree program 

  • Proficient withAdobe Creative Suite

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills  

  • Detail oriented 

  • Strong eye for trend

Program Details

TheKnitWellGroup Summer Internship Program welcomestheclassesof 2026and 2027college students to work with several of our brands (Ann Taylor,Haven Well Within,LOFT, Talbots)and Corporate Shared Servicesto kick-start their career in retail. This immersive experience offers interns the opportunity to work hands-onwith their department for10-weeksand receive professional development opportunities including executive chats, professional workshops, store visits, etc., and participation in a collaborative team project.  

The pay rate for the position is $20.00/hr. 

This internship position will be based out of ourAnn Tayloroffice location inNew York, NY.

KnitWellGroup does not offer housing near any of our corporate office locations. Participating students must have the ability to independently secure and finance housingina commutable distance of the office location.  

Applicants to this position mustbe authorized towork for any employer in the US without sponsorshipnow or in the future. We are not providing sponsorship for this position.

  • Junior or senior (Class of 2026and 2027)

  • Master’s students not eligible 

  • Resume and portfolio (portfolios only neededfor Design Applications)

  • Available June1, 2026 – August 7, 2026
